1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Vibers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Vibers is a social platform that allows users to:

  • • Create and participate in social events
  • • Connect with people with similar interests
  • • Communicate via group chat
  • • Discover events based on geolocation

3. Account Requirements

  • • You must be at least 16 years old
  • • You must provide accurate and truthful information
  • • You must maintain the security of your account
  • • You can have only one account
  • • You are responsible for all activities on your account

4. Code of Conduct

  • • Create legal and respectful events
  • • Communicate politely
  • • Share positive experiences
  • • Report inappropriate behavior

❌ Prohibited:

  • • Illegal, violent, or offensive content
  • • Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
  • • Spam or unauthorized commercial activities
  • • Impersonating other people
  • • Sharing explicit sexual content
  • • Promoting drugs or illegal activities
  • • Violating intellectual property rights

5. Events and Participations

Event Creators:

  • • You are responsible for organization and safety
  • • You must provide accurate information
  • • You can create max 1 event per day
  • • You must respect participants

Participants:

  • • Confirm participation only if you intend to attend
  • • You can participate in max 1 event per day
  • • Respect event times and rules
  • • Communicate cancellations in advance

6. Payments and Refunds

  • • Vibers is free for basic users
  • • Paid events: managed directly between organizer and participants
  • • Vibers does not handle payments between users
  • • Refunds: to be agreed with the organizer

7. Intellectual Property

Vibers Trademarks

The following trademarks and logos are the exclusive property of Vibers and cannot be used without written authorization:

  • • VIBERS™ - Main trademark
  • • WHERE'S THE FUN?™ - Official slogan
  • • FIND YOUR VIBE, FIND YOUR TRIBE™ - Secondary slogan
  • • Vibers logo and graphic variants
  • • Interface design and graphic elements

⚠️ Unauthorized use of Vibers trademarks may result in legal action. For usage requests: legal@vibers.wtf

Platform Content

Vibers Content: All code, design, text, graphics, and platform features are protected by copyright and owned by Vibers.

Your Content: You retain rights to your content (photos, text, events), but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform and in promotional materials.

Reporting Violations

If you notice improper use of Vibers trademarks, report it to:trademark@vibers.wtf

8. Limitation of Liability

  • • We are not responsible for events, user behavior, or incidents
  • • Users participate at their own risk
  • • Always verify identity and safety before meeting people
  • • Always meet in public places

9. Moderation and Bans

We reserve the right to:

  • • Remove inappropriate content
  • • Suspend or ban accounts
  • • Cancel non-compliant events
  • • Report illegal activities to authorities

10. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will do our best to notify you in advance.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the competent court is that of Milan, Italy.
